Quick Start: I Was Invited to a Workspace

When you are invited to join a workspace, you will receive an email at the specified email address. You can either accept the invitation by clicking the button in the email or simply ignore it (the invitation expires after 3 days, but it can be resent if needed).

Please note: If you didn’t receive the invitation email, it may have accidentally ended up in your spam folder.

First Steps

  1. Get familiar with the interface of the app’s home screen.
  2. Check which dashboards and datasets are available to you in the sidebar (for example, tasks, requests, or orders).
  3. You’re ready to start working! Open any dashboard or dataset and work with records — create new ones or edit existing ones.
  4. Optionally, add your photo so your colleagues can recognize you right away.
  5. Optionally, customize the app’s theme, language, and time zone, as well as notification settings.

Please note: What you see in your app may differ from what your colleagues see and depends on your role and system settings. If you’re missing certain features or actions, please contact the workspace administrator.

Install Tracy on Your Devices

If you’re currently using the web version of the app (in a browser), you can also install Tracy on your devices — this will allow you to receive notifications and make your work more convenient.
