Photo, Name, and Email

To change personal information, go to the profile screen by clicking on your photo, name, and role in the sidebar.

Changing Your Name

To change your name, click the pencil icon to the right of it ①, make the changes in the window that opens, and click the “Save” button.

Changing Your Email

To change your email, click on the pencil icon to the right of it ②, make the changes in the window that opens, and click the “Save” button.

Please note: before you can use a new email to log in, you must confirm it by following the link in the email sent to you.

Changing or Deleting Your Photo

To set a photo, click on the pencil icon to the right of the temporary image consisting of the first letters of your first and last name ③, and choose a photo. If your device is equipped with a camera, you can also use it.

To change or delete an existing photo, click the three dots to the right of it ③ and select the appropriate option from the menu.
