A record can be moved from one dataset to another. To do this, select “Move to another dataset” from the record’s context menu. In the window that opens, select the target dataset, specify the record’s new state, and map each property from the original dataset to a corresponding property in the new one.
Caution: this action cannot be undone! any data in properties that are not mapped to a property in the new dataset will be permanently lost and cannot be restored.
Please note: property mappings are saved automatically—the next time you move a record to the same dataset, you won’t need to set them up again.
Please note: if you need to move a copy rather than the record itself, duplicate it first by selecting “Duplicate” from the context menu.
